"I was met with enthusiastic sales personnel who treated me the same as someone purchasing a motorcycle three times what I was spending. All my questions were answered by the knowlegeable sales person, Bud. There was no pressure to make the purchase. That made me feel comfortable. I came in to investigate a scooter I had checked out online, the Schwinn Hope 50. I left the store with the scooter on hold until later in the day. This being my first street legal scooter, my fears and concerns about riding were laid to rest with reassurance by the sales staff that I would gain confidence as time went by. "I want to thank Wayne Hartmann's staff at Wheels Inc, particularly Todd. Todd walks the talk of customer satisfaction and accountability to requests. Todd received an unusual phone request from a nurse he didn't know, about a patient he didn't know, who was hospitalized for over three months as SCCI-Fargo, a hospital he probably doesn't know. He heard about a patient who was a Kawasaki rider. The nurse asked Todd for a colored poster of a Kawasaki to hang on the ceiling in the patient's room. Todd found a wonderul poster and some brochures and gave it to SCCI at no charge. What a joy to see the patient's face as the poster was hung in his room. Thank you, Todd. I purchased a Vulcan 1500 Classic from you back in March. Brian Fetzer was the sales person who helped us with our choice. He did a great job explaining things, was low pressure in his sales approach and left us feeling that he was a very straightforward and honest sales person. We have had service work done, purchased accessories including new pipes and each time we have received the same level of high quality customer service. We are very pleased with our bike - I've had the chance to ride both Harleys and Yamaha of the same size recently and I feel that the Kawasaki is a much smoother and responsive bike than the others.
